We want our pest and termite technicians to continously improve. That’s why we provide paid training and regular safety and education meetings, making sure our employees are up-to-date with the latest methods, pesticides, Integrated Pest Management techniques, and eco-friendly solutions to pest control problems.

A-AGENTS CAREERS

We are looking for dependable, self-motivated candidates who want a challenging and rewarding position. We prefer applicants who are already state-certified applicators, but we will also train non-certified candidates who possess the quality of character we’re looking for.

Job duties may include (but are not limited to):

  • Perform pest and/or termite control treatments
  • Fulfill daily routes (valley-wide)
  • Communicate effectively with customers
  • Complete paperwork cleanly and timely on a daily basis

Abilities, Knowledge, and Skills

  • Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Able to write simple correspondence.
  • Able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Able to compute rate, ratio, and percentages.
  • Maintain valid driver’s license.
  • Maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, or local regulations.

Work schedule currently runs 20-40 hours per week, Monday thru Friday and may include occasional Saturdays and overtime.

Pay based upon experience and professionalism.
